Little Oso Hideaway Whittier, NC

Brittany was very responsive and the house was everything we expected plus some. The s’more, waffle, and coffee bars that were provided was an absolute hit with our family. This was our first stay at Little OSO Hideaway after many stays in the area and we look forward to returning to this home again.

Little Oso's Hideaway was a wonderful place to stay! We have stayed at so many places in the mountains and this is one of our favorites! Brittany has literally thought of everything to make your stay perfect! The place itself is amazing with the layout, the beautiful windows, peaceful screened in porch, cozy hot tub, and outdoor fire pit area with a bed swing. The beds are comfy and the bedding is great. The little special touches around the place make it extra special from the Polaroid guest book, to the Smores station, popcorn station, the waffle making station, and the coffee station not to mention the touches on the nightstand and in the bathrooms. I highly recommend a stay here! My boys, ages 10 and 14 gave it 5 stars as well! we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean. The location was perfect as we love to go rafting down the river and dine in the area restaurants. Very spacious and peaceful. We would happily stay here again!

This was such a lovely place to stay at! I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you like nature! It's out of the way and peaceful but close enough to shops, food, and other cities. My only downside was that the master bed was quite stiff/firm and found it a bit warm, but grateful for the fan. That was are ONLY issue, and just our preference. :)

Brittany and Alfred to the rescue.... they were our heroes!! We had another placed booked for our stay, however due to some unforeseen circumstances at that place we had to find another place quick. Brittany was so accommodating, and her cleaning crew did a fabulous job getting the place ready for us. She recommended that we check out Bryson City which was definitely worth the visit. We definitely plan to book again next year when we visit for the Golfweek Sr Amateur tour that is played at Sequoyah National Golf Course.

Brittany’s home was fantastic. Clean, cozy, and convenient - a great combo. The thoughtful touches were wonderful, from the sound machines to the waffle station and everything in between. We loved it.

We enjoyed our time here. The cabin was as described and very clean. The little details, such as the waffle and s’mores stations, and the coffee bar were excellent touches. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

When our other booking got canceled the day of check-in, Brittany and Alfred saved our trip with their lovely cabin in Whittier! Brittany was extremely helpful and responded quickly so that we could solidify our last minute change of plans. She explained that the fireplace inside the cabin was currently awaiting repair and made sure we were okay with that before approving our reservation. This was much appreciated as most hosts would not give you that courtesy beforehand. The cabin was beautiful! Brittany and Alfred included so many thoughtful touches that made this cabin feel like home- soap at all the sinks, cleaning supplies, paper products, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, smores, popcorn, waffles, basic seasonings, a variety of cooking pans, coffee, tea, sugar, throw blankets. Alfred needed to stop by to take care of a few admin items while we were there (which was not an issue at all) and even brought us some goodies from a local bakery! Great stay! We will definitely be back!

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful cabin in Bryson City while visiting for the Polar Express, and it was absolutely perfect! The cabin is nestled in a serene location with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every morning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after our adventures. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They provided detailed directions to the cabin and were very responsive and helpful in guiding us through everything we needed to know to settle in and make the most of the amenities. The location was ideal for our visit to the Polar Express, with easy access to the train station and the charming downtown area. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly getaway in Bryson City!
